I am an ITECH qualified reflexologist and a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.

Like many people I sometimes suffer from a “bad back”. In seeking relief from pain I tried a number of complementary treatments and found that reflexology helped me.

I have always been interested in sport, health and fitness and decided to learn more about reflexology, eventually qualifying as a practitioner.

I do not prescribe, diagnose, nor claim to cure; however I can promise that I will do my best to make you feel better.

As a Member of the International Council of Holistic Therapists I abide by a Code of Ethics and Professional Practice. I undertake Continuing Personal and Professional Development to ensure my skills are up to date.
